This bright, climate-controlled space is the perfect choice for micro weddings, corporate retreats, anniversary parties, elegant baby showers, and community gala events.

Available Sunday through Thursday, our Garden Room packages are designed for Micro Weddings of up to 70 guests, providing a climate-controlled, high-end environment without the scale of a full ballroom.
What’s Included?
- 7 Hour Rentals: Anytime from 12:30pm to 8:30pm
- 2 cottages to get ready in
- Bathrooms in the Pole Barn
- Access to outdoor ceremony site, weather permitting
- Table & chair set up
- For both ceremony and reception
- Use of catering prep kitchen

What is a Micro-Wedding at King Cole Farm?
A Micro-Wedding is an intimate celebration for up to 70 guests. Our Garden Room package includes a 7-hour rental, two getting-ready cottages, and a climate-controlled ceremony and reception space, making it a perfect low-stress solution for smaller guest counts.
Are getting-ready rooms included with the Garden Room rental?
Yes. Every Garden Room wedding package includes two dedicated cottages for the wedding party to prepare. Please note that while these cottages are private and fully equipped, rentals do not include access to The Residence bedroom suites or the Pole Barn Groomsmen’s Lodge.
What happens if it rains during my wedding?
If the weather doesn’t permit an outdoor ceremony at the gazebo, your ceremony will be held inside the beautiful, climate-controlled Garden Room.
Can I use any caterer for a Garden Room event?
To ensure a flawless dining experience, all Garden Room events are required to use a caterer and bartender from our approved professional list. Our partners are intimately familiar with our prep kitchen and venue standards.
