Welcome to King Cole Farm
Welcome to King Cole Farm
From the days of Caesar Rodney, signer of the Declaration of Independence, through the shaping of The United States, two World Wars, and the turn of four centuries, history has been made at King Cole Farm. King Cole Farm has been family-owned and maintained over generations upon 500 acres of land in Dover, Delaware. In between Pickering Beach on the Delaware Bay and the Dover Air Force Base, our venue is also a fully operational Corn and Soybean farm!
Originally owned by Audrey Owens Draper and Harry Draper of Milton Delaware, an owner of King Cole Canning Company in Milton Delaware, King Cole Farm was designed to be a place that brings friends and families together to share magical moments
In 2003, the Main Residence was built, and in 2006, the Pole Barn was completed by Sally Draper Dickerson and Chester T. Dickerson Jr. as their residence and farming operation. They celebrated with many Friends: Weddings, Anniversaries, Reunions, Birthdays, and Holidays. Upon passing, they wished to keep the property operational and maintained for generations to come. Joy has always stemmed from sharing the Farm – while the generations of history serve as an example of the beautiful opportunity here, we are so glad to share our Farm with you and to help make magical moments while working with us!
