At King Cole Farm we want your wedding experience to be tailored to your vision. All of our packages include our five bedroom residence along with our wedding gazebo and pole barn. This allows for your rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception and brunch all here at King Cole Farm.
Our pole barn comfortably seats 250 for a table served meal and up to 500 for a cocktail reception. We have 9,400 square feet of climate controlled event space plus an additional 9,000 square foot outdoor courtyard with string lights and Adirondack chairs and wine barrel fire pits.
Our Lounge is located inside the pole barn and has a bar, card table, flat screen TV with gaming station and leather sofa. We have a commercial grade prep kitchen with ice machine, freezer, refrigerator, warming ovens and prep tables.
If an indoor ceremony is required (for inclement weather) our sun porch can accommodate seating for up to 200 people. Our pole barn and residence are ADA compliant. We offer parking for 120 cars and overflow parking is available if necessary.
Upon your arrival our pole barn will be set to your specifications and the residence ready for your arrival. We require a wedding coordinator for your event to ensure your day goes as planned.
We allow you to choose a licensed and insured caterer that can fit your tastes and price point. We have a Bottle Liquor license which allows you to purchase your own alcohol and utilize bartenders who are OABCC certified with proof of insurance. There are multiple licensed and insured Delaware caterers and businesses that can also handle all purchasing and serving of alcohol for you.
