What is Included…

The Event Spaces

  • The Pole Barn: Climate-controlled (AC/Heat) for up to 300 guests for weddings, and 400 guests for cocktail-style events. Includes a chandelier on dimmers.
  • Ceremony Options: Your choice of the outdoor gazebo or enclosed Garden Room.
  • The Courtyard: Features string lighting, 4 gas fire pits, Adirondack seating, and lawn games—2 sets of Cornhole.
  • ADA compliance in all event spaces.

 

Furniture & Equipment

  • 30 farm tables, 250 cross-back chairs, and a 48″ sweetheart table.
  • 300 white ceremony folding chairs.
  • 24 plastic tables in total (10 round, 10 8ft rectangle, 1 6ft rectangle, and 3 4ft rectangles)
  • 4 bar station options and three 120-gallon coolers.
  • 1,000 pounds of ice on site.
  • 14 bourbon barrel high-top tables with 24 industrial stools.

 

Logistics & Staffing

  • Catering kitchen with prep tables, ice machine, triple sink, two convection ovens, double refrigerator, and freezer. 
  • Two 6-yard dumpsters for easy trash removal.
  • A dedicated staff member present for the entire event.
  • Complimentary golf cart usage
  • 110 standard parking spaces, 60 overflow spots, and dedicated bus/shuttle parking.

 

Premier Amenities

  • The Groomsmen’s Lodge equipped with a bar, mini-fridge, PS5, card table, fireplace, and sectional sofa.
  • Complimentary access for engagement photos—scheduling required.
  • High-speed Wi-Fi, pet-friendly options, and a $250 credit toward select wedding coordinators.
  • Event insurance of $1M liability coverage that protects both you and King Cole Farm.

 

The Weekend Experience (Full Package Only)

  • The Residence 5 bedrooms / 5.5 baths featuring a Bridal Suite, Prohibition bar, and modern kitchen.
  • Use of the residence for a rehearsal dinner (up to 30 guests).
