Our versatile property is designed to host a wide range of gatherings, including full-scale wedding receptions, intimate micro-weddings, corporate retreats, holiday parties, bridal showers, and balls. With multiple distinct spaces, we can accommodate everything from a 12-person board meeting to a 400-person gala.
Are the event spaces at King Cole Farm climate-controlled?
Yes. Both The Pole Barn and The Garden Room are equipped with modern HVAC systems for comfort year-round, regardless of the Delaware weather.
Does King Cole Farm provide tables and chairs?
Yes, all of our event spaces include professional furniture and setup assistance by arranging the furniture in the agreed upon layout for your event. The Pole Barn features custom solid wood harvest tables and cross-back chairs, while The Garden Room and The Residence include high-quality seating tailored to the capacity and aesthetic of those specific spaces.
Is King Cole Farm an accessible venue for guests with disabilities?
We are committed to inclusivity and accessibility. All of our primary event structures are ADA-compliant, featuring accessible restrooms and entrances. Additionally, we provide a complimentary electric golf cart service to assist guests with mobility challenges in navigating the grounds.
