Campground Rules for The Retreat at King Cole Farm

Check-In & Site Information

Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Tents are not permitted. Only RVs/campers are allowed on sites. Restroom facilities for the RV sites are not provided on our campground premises.
All reservations cover a maximum of 7 guests. Anyone under 18 must be at their site or rental by 10:00 PM unless accompanied by an adult.

Our quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily, but please be courteous to your fellow guests during all hours of the day.
No long term rentals are permitted. All rentals are limited to a maximum of two weeks.
Two communal fire pits are provided but guests may bring their own fire pit for a fire at their own site. The only restriction would be if the state or county has any type of burn restrictions at that time.

Keep sites free of trash, clutter, and debris. Only customary patio/lawn furniture is allowed outside.
Any garbage will be put in the designated garbage bins and dumpster. All cardboard boxes must be broken down before being put in the garbage.
All sewer hoses must be undamaged, and sewer connections must be tight. Please do not flush anything but toilet paper.
Do not hang clotheslines, affix items to trees, or install permanent fixtures (fences, platforms, etc.). Do not move picnic tables without approval.
Do not damage trees, landscape the site, or tamper with electric and plumbing systems.

Campfires are allowed from 8:00 AM to midnight, but must be contained within the provided fire rings/pits. Never leave a fire unattended and do not burn trash.
Close RV awnings when away from the site, as strong winds can cause damage.
Use all campground facilities and equipment at your own risk.

Pets can be added to your reservation during the booking process.
We are a pet-friendly campground, but pets may not disturb other guests. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Management reserves the right to remove or restrict disruptive or aggressive pets.
Pet waste should be bagged and disposed of in a trash receptacle.
Pets must always be on a leash and restrained when not confined inside an RV, and no pet may be left unattended outside of an RV, even on the site.
There is a $10 nightly Pet Fee for Cottage rentals. There is no Pet Fee on RV site rentals.
All pets must be up to date on vaccines, and copies of pet vaccine records must be available upon request.

Nightly or Weekly Stays: No refunds on or after arrival
RV site cancellations made at least 14 days in advance will be refunded minus a $15 processing fee.
Cottage cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will be refunded minus a $15 processing fee.
Refunds are prohibited for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions.
