Pole Barn

With an already impressive Main House ready to serve you and your guests, King Cole Farms will become a much larger event space in the near future. We are currently working to expand, build new spaces, and outfit those spaces we already know and love.

As seen in the blueprint images below, we are adding a number of event space features to our newly-outfitted Pole Barn, including a Groom’s Suite, Restrooms, the Grainary, and a commercial kitchen. We also plan for Bayview Cottages, a bus route, and outdoor event spaces with tables, chairs, firepits, and more!

The Pole Barn:

This 7200 square-foot structure, originally purposed for storage of farming equipment, has been repurposed to include room for up to 250 seated guests and 300 standing guests, refinished floors, accessible bathrooms especially built for large events, a new HVAC system throughout the entire building to keep you and your guests comfortable! With elegant trim and lighting, our Banquet Hall is designed for seating with wooden cross back chairs and solid wood harvest tables – this space is perfect for both your big, elegant, high-class reception, or an intimate gathering with your close family and friends.

Outdoor Entertainment Space:

Inside our a 2000 square ft enclosed sunroom patio, you will find Barrel cocktail tables and plenty of beautiful spots for photos throughout the event – just outside, our Adirondack chairs and smokeless firepits offer the perfect place to spill out into the cool night breeze or hang out with your guests in the open air.

The Groom’s Lounge:

An industrial farm men’s den with a mini fridge and flat screen tv is an oasis for groomsmen before the big day!

Wedding Gazebo:

Set up for the big day under the cover of a beautiful gazebo, with a small platform perfect for elevating an outdoor event!

Event Parking:

A well-lit and environmentally friendly reinforced grass parking lot ready to host your guest’s vehicles – just tucked away enough to stay out of those event photos!
